Blast Cabinets built for Production, Versatility , Ease of Operation and Low Maintenance.
Pressure Blast Cabinets
•Greater media velocity. A pressure blast machine produces greater abrasive particle velocity than a suction blast machine which means faster cleaning of tough contaminants.
•Moves more media. More abrasive particles are propelled against the work surface per minute, for a given nozzle size. Again, this translates into greater productivity, particularly on difficult applications
•Greater stand-off distance. Because the abrasive particles are moving faster to begin with, you can increase the stand-off distance of the blast nozzle from the work surface, producing a larger blast pattern while still achieving velocities great enough to clean the work. Again, this translates into greater overall productivity than a suction blast machine.
•More productive. As a general rule of thumb, pressure abrasive blast machines are four times as productive as suction abrasive blast machines

Magnum Pressure Blast Cabinets
Magnum Series 5542 Pressure Blast Cabinets Offered in 3 models
The Magnum series blast cabinets are constructed from heavy gauge metal, which is continuously welded. Magnum Series are offered in 2 sizes 4436 and 5542 Suction or Pressure Blast Cabinets. The Magnum series utilizes the same blast guns, nozzles media valves ,recliamers and dust collector systems as the Industrial Series Blast Cabinets. The Magnum series are also equipped with the door safety shut off system. The main difference is in the simplicity of design of the lower cabinet , welded legs. The Magnum blast cabinets sizes are optimized for maximum efficiency in material and the manufacturing process to create a greater value for these full featured industrial quality blast cabinet. 400 CFM - 700 CFM Reclaimer Systems. Both Suction and Pressure cabinets are available. Dust Collector are available in sock or cartridge style. Reverse pulse air shake out or cartridge with automatic dust monitoring and shake out. Door safety lock out system is also included shuts down the system if doors are opened. All components are the same as the Industrial series with a simpler base construction. Magnum series is a great value in blast cabinets.

Magnum Series 5542 Pressure Blast cabinet with Dust Bag
Magnum Series 5542 Pressure Blast Cabinet with DC-10
push button shaker into 5 gallon pail. Less maintenance eliminates messy dust bag shake out.
Magnum Series 5542 Pressure Blast Cabinet with M2
twin cartridge automatic pulse air blow out into 5 gallon pail. Least maintenance no messy dust bag shake out. Operator only has to empty pail.
The Magnum Direct Pressure model incorporates a 1.0 cubic foot ASME Coded pressure pot . It is designed for production applications . The pressure pot is used to pneumatically push the abrasive media which produces faster abrasive velocities than the typical siphon blast machine.
Operation with heavier blasting media, through hole part blasting, higher abrasive frictional heat and blind-hole cleaning are all advantages when using any Direct Pressure type of blasting cabinet. Direct Pressure Blasters are up to 4 times faster than suction models
